BEADIES
Morning 7:30am – until the start of the school day (one session)
Per session: £5
After school 3:15-4:15pm, 4:15-5:15pm & 5:15-5:45pm (three sessions)
Per session: £4
Late fees of £10 will be applied after three late collections. (see school late collection policy)
Access to the school is made via the gate intercom. Please give your child’s name
It is compulsory children are accompanied on to the school site and walked to the main door and passed over to Beadies staff.
All bookings are to be made via the Arbor Parent Portal. The deadline for bookings online are 7:00am for mornings and 2:45pm for afternoons the same day.
If you have not booked online but your child attends the club, there will be an admin charge of £5 to cover the admin time spent adding your child’s booking to Arbor.
Cancellations cannot be completed via the portal and must be submitted in writing by letter or email to the office. There will be a £5 admin charge for any bookings cancelled with less than 5 days’ notice.
