Morning 7:30am – until the start of the school day (one session)
Per session: £5
After school 3:15-4:15pm, 4:15-5:15pm & 5:15-5:45pm (three sessions)
Per session: £4
Late fees of £10 will be applied after three late collections. (see school late collection policy)
All bookings are to be made via the Arbor Parent Portal. The deadline for bookings online are 7:00am for mornings and 2:45pm for afternoons the same day.
If you have not booked online but your child attends the club, there will be an admin charge of £5 to cover the admin time spent adding your child’s booking to Arbor.
Cancellations cannot be completed via the portal and must be submitted in writing by letter or email to the office. There will be a £5 admin charge for any bookings cancelled with less than 5 days’ notice.

Contracts will be issued upon acceptance of a place. These will remain on your child’s record providing there are no changes. You will be asked each year to confirm there are no changes in writing. If any changes are made – new contracts will be issued.

We had an ‘eggcellent’ time in Beadies tonight! Miss Blinkhorn’s idea of an egg relay race was fabulous! Children had to work together in teams to transport an egg from one end to the other using just cardboard. @StJosephStBede @STOC_CAT #messyplay
